Terms of Service

These terms cover argine.lol, support.argine.lol and the Argine Studios Discord server (discord.gg/argine). By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Argine Studios is an independent studio run by GXNah that makes Minecraft mods and tools. Each of our products, like DonutScam, may have its own terms on top of these. If they conflict, the product's own terms win for that product.

2. Using our sites

  • You can browse our sites for free. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or attack them, or access anything you weren't meant to.
  • Don't use our sites or Discord server to break the law, harass people, spread malware or scam anyone.

3. The Discord server

The rules in the server's rules channel apply there, along with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Staff may remove content and mute, kick or ban members who break the rules. Staff will never DM you asking for passwords, gift card codes, card details or payments.

4. The support site and Argine AI

  • To open tickets on support.argine.lol you sign in with Discord. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what's sent from it.
  • The home page chat and new tickets are answered first by an AI. It can make mistakes, and it can't change accounts or make decisions for the team. Click End AI support · Talk to a human in a ticket at any time to reach the team.
  • Be respectful. Don't send spam, abuse, threats, illegal content, or other people's private information. Never post passwords, gift card codes or card details in a ticket.
  • We may close tickets, delete content or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Our mods and downloads

  • Only download our mods from our official sites, linked from argine.lol. Copies from anywhere else may be modified or unsafe.
  • You're responsible for how you use our mods. Many servers have rules about client mods, so check them first. If a server punishes you, that's between you and the server.
  • Our mods aren't official Minecraft products and aren't approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

6. Ownership

Argine Studios and GXNah keep all rights to our mods, logos, designs and sites unless we say otherwise. Don't copy, sell, re-upload or share modified versions of our work without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

7. Feedback

If you send us a bug report, idea or suggestion, you let us use it to improve our products. We don't owe you anything for ideas we use.

8. No warranty

Our sites and mods are provided "as is", without any warranty. We don't promise they'll always work, be free of bugs, or work with every server or other mod. Back up your worlds.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage from using or not being able to use our sites or mods, including lost items, worlds, accounts or server access.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using our sites after a change, you accept the new terms.
